That's what this is for, if you have a question on something specific send us your question and we'll post your answers so the next person that has the same question won't have to go far to get the answer. Q: I uploaded my images on an image sharing site that blocks users from right clicking so they can’t save my images, are my images safe?

A: Not at all! You can either disable right click or JavaScript which will override this security measure. Once an image is viewed on your screen, no matter the protection in place it’s on your screen so you can always do a screengrab to get the image. In order to secure your images you should lower the resolution to 72ppi which is the highest visible on the web and resize your image so that the longest size is between 500-800 pixels. Lastly you should place a watermark on your image and save it with a different name so as to not lose your original. Alternatively you can always use a service like photostockplus.com who on upload create two smaller versions of your image, place the watermark of your choice and take all the other initial precautions such as right click protection to scare off the novice image thiefs.

Q: What does TTL flash mean?

A: Through the lens (TTL) flash metering is a feature that allows cameras to measure light levels in a scene through their lens. This information can then be used to control the amount of light emitted by the flash connected to the camera. If your flash doesn't have TTL you will have to manually set the amount of flash to use.
